PTO meets on the first Tuesday of each month from 6:30 - 7:30 in the Olander Media Center. All parents are welcome and encouraged to come!

Olander PTO is made up of volunteer parents who work in conjunction with teachers, staff, and other parents to support educational goals and provide opportunities to connect as a school community. We organize and execute fundraising activities, as well as sponsor Family Fun Nights and other events throughout the year.

Fundraisers
Build Olander’s Nest! Our easy, no frills fundraiser. All proceeds stay at Olander and no selling is necessary! Simply go to the Build Our Nest page on this website. You can click on the Donate button to give online, or send a check in to Olander (made out to Olander PTO) to help. Ask friends and family to donate as well!
Other Ways to Help at Olander
Box Tops for Education. Look for Box Tops on hundreds of products like Cheerios®, Betty Crocker®, Ziploc® and Kleenex®. All you need to do is clip and save them all year long. Collections will be announced on flyers in Friday folders (usually October and February.) Each one is worth 10¢ but they add up fast. We’ve raised over $1,000 annually through Box Tops! Dominoes Pizza. Order pizzas during our monthly Dough Raising Days from Dominoes Pizza... look for information in Friday folders.
Morning Fresh Dairy Caps 4 Cash Turn your Morning Fresh Dairy milk caps in the collection bin outside the office. They’re worth 5¢ each. This money is put towards Olander’s Angel Fund to help Olander families in need.
Cartridges for Kids Recycle and help Olander at the same time! We get cash for ink and laser cartridges, as well as many small electronics (cell phones, cameras, etc.) Recycle items from home or work. Place items in the wooden bins outside of the office. For a complete list go to

Safeway Back to School Receipts Shop at Safeway during their 10% Back to School period (usually late Aug. through early Sept.) and buy items tagged with the yellow school bus. After the sale, your receipts will have a 10% Back to Schools code at the bottom (near your gas rewards). Turn in ONE of these receipts to Olander and we’ll enter your card’s code to collect Back to School rewards. Look for a flyer in Friday folders for dates or check
